Singapore’s newest marina on the reclaimed Keppel Island is
part of a multimillion dollar residential and leisure complex

bridge from the main island and has over 150 berths. This
city marina is home to the annual Boat Asia trade show and
to many yachts belonging to the owners of nearby luxury
condos. There are no haul-out facilities although visitors are
welcome, there are two world-class restaurants and a night
club in the main building and it’s very close to town. Contact:

On the east of Sentosa Island close to the Central Business District, ONE°15 Marina Club is another new luxury residential development, Sentosa Cove. This multi-million dollar development has oceanfront properties and private berths. The 204-berth ONE°15 Marina Club has full facilities. There is also provision for 10 purpose-built Mediterranean-mooring berths for visiting mega-yachts.
The narrow entrance in the breakwater can be tricky due to
strong currents running across your approach course, especially
at spring tides. Contact: dockmaster

This anchorage lies on the northeast corner of Singapore Island, approximately two nautical miles to the west of Changi Yacht Club. Approach from the southeast toward the Johor Strait and leave the clearly visible airport to port.
The club has a small number of docks in front of a modern clubhouse and many boats in a line of moorings offshore. Proceed past the club into Loyang Bay to anchor in 5-8 metres on a muddy bottom. Take your tender to the club to arrange a longer-term mooring or contact them on VHF channel 69. The club has 160 moorings, a small slipway for vessels up to 6 tonnes and offers temporary membership to visitors. Restaurants and showers can be found at the clubhouse and Changi village is nearby.
If port authorities permit, yachts may remain at anchor at
Loyang or across the channel in the lee of Pulau Ubin and still use
the club facilities by tender. Good road connections to the city
and the international airport. Contact: enquiry

We have included this marina on the Singapore chart although it is in the Johor Bahru state of Malaysia.
Part of the massive new Nusajaya City development, Puteri Harbour opened in early 2009. Currently with 76 berths up to 60 metres, plans are in place for many more private berths in front of luxury residential developments. The marina entrance is located approximately 5 miles northeast of the Second Link Bridge, which has an air-draft of 25 metres at H.A.T. This restricts superyacht access to power yachts only. Approach is only possible from the western Johor Straight due to the Causeway linking Singapore and Malaysia further up the channel. Contact VHF Channel 18.
Just prior to the bridge in the approach beware of heavy shipping traffic transiting the new container port at Tanjung Pelepas in the Johor Straight directly west of Raffles.
