This marina, established in 2002, is located in the west of Dalian Xinghai Bay Financial Business District. It has 138 international standard floating yacht berths with an average depth of 6 metres.

The clubhouse, on the east bank of the yacht harbour, has a restaurant, provides boat supplies, fishing gear and leisure sports goods. The marina provides three gravity-type wharfs, with repair and maintenance service. The club operates a sail training centre, approved by the Liaoning Provincial Maritime Safety Administration.
