ROYAL HONG KONG YACHT CLUB. 22°17.900N, 114°10.573E

Founded over 150 years ago, the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club is one of the oldest in the world. The main clubhouse and facilities are on the Hong Kong Island side of busy Victoria Harbour.

The club is not a marina berth facility and access to the jetty is limited to drop off and pick up only. Visitors are welcome and limited berthing for cruising yachts is available at RHKYC at Shelter Cove.

ABERDEEN MARINA CLUB. 22°14.616N, 114°09.819E

This well protected harbour in the southwest of Hong Kong Island has over 200 marina berths and space for a further 200 yachts on the hardstand, together with lifting facilities and full services for cruising yachts. It is also a designated typhoon shelter.

MARINA CLUB DISCOVERY BAY. 22°17.424N, 114°10.442E

On the east side of Lantau Island, this marina has over 220 berths. There are lift-out facilities and dry storage for smaller boats, supply of fuel and water and the clubhouse has all the usual amenities.

There are regular ferry services to Hong Kong Island and the new Hong Kong International Airport is nearby, which links Lantau island with the mainland and Hong Kong by road and rail bridge. Marina Club Discovery Bay is a designated typhoon shelter.

GOLD COAST YACHT & COUNTRY CLUB. 22°21.952N, 113°59.353E

On the mainland in the western New Territories, north of Lantau, this marina has over 200 berths. A 5-star development protected by a breakwater, there are many facilities at the clubhouse.

This is another designated typhoon shelter with road links to Kowloon and Hong Kong.
