A PULAU SRI BUAT SOUTH 19 miles from Tioman Marina

PULAU SRI BUAT SOUTH. 2°40.785N, 103°53.962E

These twin islands, connected by drying reef, are stunning and provide good shelter in both seasons. Anchor in 5-10 metres on the shallow sandy bank in between, favouring the bigger island. Take your dinghy around the south headland to the east and up the mile long mangrove creek for an ‘African Queen-esque’ adventure.

B PULAU SRI BUAT NORTH 16 miles from Tioman Marina

PULAU SRI BUAT NORTH. 2°41.831N, 103°53.913E

In southerly winds drop anchor in 10-12 metres off the fringing reef in any of the three northeastern bays of the main island. There’s reasonable snorkeling all around these bays.
